Renew / Renouveler
The experience over the last couple of years has helped us realize that things will never again be like they were before. But that may not be a bad thing, because the earth was in need of healing. Perhaps this pandemic can be part of an ecological conversion – a harvest of change – that will lead us to ask what it will be like for our descendants, seven generations from now. How can we help to bring about new fruit of sustainability, justice, and fairer economic structures?
“The Lord your God … Will rejoice over you with gladness, he will renew you in his love.” Zeph. 3:17
“Le Seigneur ton Dieu (…) aura en toi sa joie et son allégresse, il te renouvellera par son amour.” So 3, 17
